You love to greet patients, multi-task, are detail oriented, like to be busy, and have interest in the medical field. Self-starter and who can work independently and as a team. Great customer service and being able to keep track of multiple tasks at a time is essential. Time management is important. Interest or knowledge in alternative medicine, naturopathic medicine or integrative medicine is a plus!

The job:
- Scheduling
- Answering Phones
- Checking patients in and out
- Knowledge of QuickBooks, Google/Microsoft platforms, Excell spreadsheets and good typing skills are essential.
- Shipping
- Inventory and supplement ordering assistance
- Knowledge of diagnosis codes and health insurance is a plus
- Social media skills a plus
- A family oriented, teamwork environment
This position is great for anyone interested in health care, small private clinics from a business perspective and likes to care for others and feel a part of something purposeful.

Pay: $17.00 – $20.00 per hour
