Supports people leaders in developing and executing supplemental labor strategies. Serves as subject matter expert for external workforce engagement, administration, compliance, recruitment/selection, and utilization strategies. Executes and administers full external worker lifecycle in SuccessFactors (SAP) and Fieldglass (VMS). This is a hybrid role with flexibility to work remote.
Primary Responsibilities:
Provide full life-cycle recruitment strategies for external workforce including supplier relations and proactive recruitment strategies
Partner heavily with Procurement team to drive improved quality, cost savings and supplier relations
Responsible for executing all HR functions for external workforce including wages, data changes, separations, contract extensions, and external hires
Ensures high standards for data quality for external workers
Maintains day-to-day relationships with external workforce suppliers to manage current on-boarded contingent workers and hold vendors accountable to established agreements and deliverables
Supports people leaders with performance issues and escalations with agencies
Create a positive and seamless engagement experience for external workers
Screens potential contingent worker candidates to ensure the best qualified candidates are presented to the hiring manager
Proactively communicate pending worker end dates with line managers to align on next steps.
Maintaining and updating line managers, locations and/or cost centers for external workers in Fieldglass and SF/SAP.
Strategy:
Builds relationships with key customer groups by fulfilling external workforce needs and satisfying requests in accordance with established service levels
Partners with staffing vendors to drive high-quality, cost-effective resource fulfillment within established service levels
Initiates proactive recruitment strategies for the organization based on projected talent needs and people strategies
Consulting:
Assists client departments with identifying external workforce needs and communicates engagement process to hiring managers
Engages business functions to ensure external workforce strategies and initiatives are supported and executed effectively
Provides key metrics to business units on external workforce utilization, providing insight and best practice recommendations
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
Education
Bachelor’s degree in related field or relevant experience
Experience (Years/Type):
3+ years of experience in HR, contingent staffing, or sourcing
Experience in utilizing a vendor management solution preferred
Experience in a large corporate environment preferred
Skills:
Excellent verbal & written communication skills
Strong customer focus
Executes for results; specifically, advanced organizational skills including time management and ability to prioritize
Works collaboratively in teams
