Senior Business Analyst- Telecommunications
Location: on-site Nashua, NH
Direct Hire Role
Our client is able to transfer work visas and/or sponsor. Candidates must be in commutable distance to Nashua, NH as this is an on-site role to start off with and then hybrid.
The Sr Business Analyst will work closely with Sales, Services, Product, Operations and Executive teams to ensure strategic objectives are progressed and a continuous flow of communication is maintained. Self-managed, critical thinking, strong written communication skills, data analysis, enjoys working collaboratively with a multitude of personalities and cultures are necessary characteristics. Strengths in project management, communication at all levels, diplomacy and customer-service will also be valuable skills required of the successful candidate.
What you’ll do:
Act as a change agent to progress key strategic initiatives throughout the company.
Collaborate with functional stakeholders to clearly document business requirements
Develop communication materials to help socialize important operational changes
Draft department-specific transition plans to ensure changes are implemented so as not to disrupt customer and product timelines
Develop a trusted advisor relationship with functional teams to expand engagement with stakeholders across the organization
Establish a metrics framework to realize and measure customer satisfaction, co-produce a customer success improvement template, and encourage adoption of best practices through enablement and governance.
Use discrete and aggregate measures of customer health to drive insights, to identify and mitigate areas of risk, and to take proactive action
Create a method of change management including documentation, communication, planning, and risk management
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group
Provide process improvement recommendations based on best practices and industry standards
What you must have:
5-7+ years of Business analysis and/or project Manager experience with gradually increasing responsibilities
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the wireless and/or telecommunications industry
Excellent judgment, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills
Experience in business process mapping or operational redesign / improvement
An ability to drive to big picture goals and milestones while valuing and maintaining a strong attention to detail
An ability to quickly identify and drive to the optimal solution when presented with a series of constraints
Ability to independently manage the operational aspects of ongoing projects
Self-motivated individual that possesses excellent time management and organizational skills
Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, relationship building skills and ability to achieve results without direct reporting relationships
Strong oral and written communication skills and the ability to present a polished, professional, and diplomatic image to all stakeholders
Strong sense of personal responsibility and accountability for delivering high quality work
MS Tool proficiency required (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Forms, SharePoint)
Minimum Bachelor’s degree – technology degree preferred
MBA would be a plus

Pay: $95,000.00 – $105,000.00 per year
