About NYGANew York Gastroenterology Associates (NYGA) is a premier independent gastroenterology practice in New York City. NYGA’s 18 gastroenterologists practice across six offices in Manhattan and Brooklyn and perform procedures in two affiliated ambulatory surgery centers. Our team also includes pathologists, a hepatologist, and several specially trained GI dietitians. The practice operates a full-service pathology lab and in-office infusion suite and participates in clinical drug trials.NYGA is pursuing an exciting growth and service diversification strategy while always focused on providing high-quality care and patient service excellence.Operations ManagerNYGA is expanding its administrative leadership team with an operations manager who will help manage day-to-day operations, lead practice development initiatives, and promote our high-performance culture.Key responsibilities:
- Recruit, hire, train, and supervise staff
- Lead operational improvement projects
- Develop strategic insights from data analysis
- Drive marketing initiatives
- Evaluate and implement new technologies
- Launch new services
- Standup and integrate new offices
- Present in executive meetings
Qualifications:
- Practice operations experience required
- Entrepreneurial mindset, proactive thinking, and strong business acumen
- Digital sophistication
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Highly collaborative, yet able to function well independently
- Able to work well with colleagues at all levels of seniority, backgrounds, and skills
