HR Operations Lead
Location: This position will work a hybrid model (remote and office). Ideal candidates will live in Indianapolis Indiana or within 50 miles of one of our PulsePoint locations.
The HR Operations Lead is responsible for serving as a single point of contact within HR Operations (Payroll) and advocate for associates with the most complex transactional problems or unique scenarios which cross over multiple HR disciplines.
How you will make an impact:
Lead special project on behalf of the team, participate in the documentation governance for their team (QRG’s, DTP’s CCS), Metrics ing for monthly s, coaching team members on process, training on new processes, participate as the lead for payroll escalations, develop, communicate and manage a case/worklist pull system, be the primary lead for the biweekly payroll processing.
Provides on the spot training and coaching; provides classroom training in conjunction with other initiatives.
Identifies trends and opportunities for training and process improvement.
Conducts routine audits, analyzes exception s, and makes appropriate corrections based on data with focus on flawless execution for customers.
Minimum Requirements:
Requires a high school diploma and a minimum of 5 years of HR Operations experience with exposure to multiple HR Operations disciplines and expertise in at least one discipline, strong customer service advocacy skills; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
