Responsible for assisting with the planning and design and implementation and administration of compensation programs that attract, retain, motivate and reward employees while ensuring internal equity, external competitiveness and compliance. Provides support and administration of compensation programs, including salary programs, annual compensation review; compensation analyses; benchmarking of roles; maintaining and updating position descriptions, and conducting job evaluations. Maintain knowledge of trends and legislative issues affecting compensation. #LI-CJ1
