New York Red Bulls Hiring for Part-Time Event Marketing Operations Staff at Harrison, NJ Full Time

The New York Red Bulls are one of 29 teams in Major League Soccer (MLS). RBNY, one of the ten charter clubs of MLS, have competed in the league since its founding in 1996. The Red Bulls play home matches at Red Bull Arena (RBA) in Harrison, New Jersey. The three-time MLS Supporters’ Shield Winners are owned by the Austrian beverage company Red Bull for which the team is named. The New York Red Bulls offer one of the nation’s premier youth soccer development programs, from local soccer partnerships across New York and New Jersey to Regional Development Schools and the Red Bulls Academy teams.

You will report to the Field Marketing and Events Manager. This role works directly with our Marketing and Operations teams during the set-up and breakdown of all match day BULLevard activations and Special Events. Marketing Event Operations Staff are directly involved with the preparation and maintenance of all BULLevard materials, also known as marketing activations. You will be well-versed in the building portion of each activation, understanding what is needed from these activations to successfully run properly.

As a part-time employee of the Company, you will not be eligible for Company-sponsored benefits or paid vacation.

Responsibilities

Job Description

• Help with the set-up and breakdown of infrastructure and branding for the BULLevard and other activations around Red Bull Arena on matchdays.
• Serve as liaison between marketing and Red Bull Arena from a marketing and operations standpoint.
• Assist Operations and Special Events teams in the set-up of activations requested.
• Monitor usage of activations to ensure it is used properly or in need of adjustments.

Because of the cyclical nature of the entertainment industry, you may be asked to work varying schedules to reflect our needs (includes nights and weekends).
