Human Resource Manager
Job Summary
Must have Call Center experience
The Human Resources Manager supports the Executive team in the following functional areas: employee relations, training, employment, affirmative action and employment equity program, benefits management, and payroll functions. Working under limited supervision, the Human Resource Administrator plans and manages employee relations, and management consultation to support the contact center. In addition, the Human Resources Administrator will partner with management to communication various human resource policies, procedures, laws, standards and other government regulation as needed.
