Fully remote Talent Recruiter position available at Next Level Hospitality Services – a fast-paced, high growth company delivering exceptional culinary experiences and environmental services to over 450 skilled nursing communities across the US. Reporting to the HR Director, the Talent Recruiter will be assigned to support critical buildings and will post open hourly positions, source and screen candidates, assist with interview scheduling, candidate follow up and applicant status tracking. The Talent Recruiter will partner with leaders on developing recruitment strategies for hard to fill roles and will suggest creative solutions to challenges.

Experience: 2-4 years of recruitment, sales, or customer service experience in a fast paced, high volume, decentralized environment or equivalent combination of education and experience.
