As the Creative Social Coordinator at Next Round Golf, you will be responsible for planning, creating, and executing engaging and eye-catching content across our website, e-mail, SMS, and social media channels. You will work closely with our marketing team to develop strategies that align with our brand and drive customer engagement, brand awareness, and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

● Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy, including setting objectives, identifying target audiences, and crafting compelling content

● Create high-quality graphics, images, and videos using tools like Photoshop and video editing software

● Write engaging and informative copy for social media posts, ensuring a consistent brand voice

● Develop and integrate creative content into website, e-mail newsletters, SMS, and paid advertising campaigns

● Collaborate with internal teams to develop content that highlights our products, promotions, and company culture

● Monitor and analyze social media performance and adjust strategies as needed to achieve objectives

● Engage with customers and influencers on social media, fostering a sense of community and brand loyalty

● Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, incorporating them into our social media strategy as appropriate

Qualifications:

● Experience in social media management or a related field

● Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and video editing software

● Strong understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.) and their respective best practices

● Excellent communication and copywriting skills

● Comfortable in front of a camera, with experience in video creation or live streaming preferred

● Basic knowledge of golf and enthusiasm for the sport

● Proven ability to plan, organize, and execute multiple projects simultaneously

● Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team

Salary Information: Base Salary- $36,000/yr, with Incentives and Bonuses Total Maximum $42,000/yr
