Position Overview: As the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing functions within production, customer experience, inventory/order management, fulfillment & logistics, and business development across our ecommerce and wholesale channels. ing directly to Director of Operations & Strategy, you will help build a stable operational backbone for our growing startup while playing a key role in launching new innovations to improve efficiency and scale. This role will be remote (EST hours) with preference towards candidates based near New York City. What Youxe2x80x99ll Do:

• Execute cross functionally to support the day to day operations and supply chain involving various stakeholders spanning internal production team, vendors, customers, and wholesale partners
• Oversee operability of production (roasting and packaging) and order fulfillment, driving key cost/efficiency metrics while ensuring output targets are met
• Manage inventory levels to ensure business continuity and timely delivery of products to customers
• Ensure the resolution of customer experience issues involving overseeing CX team, support tickets, backorders, carriers/3PL disruptions as necessary
• Develop strong relationships with suppliers and partners while maintaining mutual accountability for quality assurance and SLA compliance
• Support procurement & order management (POxe2x80x99s, freight out/in, invoicing, etc.) and partner relations across wholesale channels
• Source materials, packaging, and other inputs as necessary
• Update and create SOPs related to daily responsibilities
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices

Basic Qualifications:

• 3+ years experience in operations management for a CPG/F&B company (startup experience strongly preferred)
• Motivated, organized self-manager who takes initiative and can deliver on high expectations with minimal oversight
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Analytical problem solver and relationship builder with working knowledge of DTC & Wholesale operations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, project management, ecommerce, OMS, inventory management, fulfillment software solutions.
