Responsibilities

• Not afraid to research deeper to gain knowledge to know the data, understand source nuances, ensure accuracy and appropriate use
• Partner closely with inter-departmental teams (Dev, Product, Service, Billing, Fraud) and external stakeholders (3rd party solution companies) to explore inquiries and generate insights
• Build relationships and network with different players within the credit and payments industry
• Help define and set strategy, and prioritization for platform’s payments roadmap
• Assess potential organic and inorganic growth opportunities that are aligned with our payments’ strategy
• Stay on top of market and competitive trends. Identify which signals warrant action or response
• Occasional domestic travel required.

Required Qualification

• 3-5 years in a Business or Financial Analyst role, in a Payments-focused company
• Experience in applying data-backed ideas to solve practical product problems.
• Collaborated with engineers to build products (especially using APIs) and complex platform payment systems
• Understanding of US payments industry climate, experience working with networks and financiers in relations to credit and payments
• Knowledge of international payment regulations, cross-border FX and fund flow
• Developed multi-year product roadmaps and strategies
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, especially in regards to unpacking data and articulating actionable insight for non-Analyst audiences. Aptitude in data visualization and storytelling are appreciated.

Preferred Qualification

• Experience working in the B2B online platform
• Understanding in SQL
• Product Management experience
• Ability to thrive in multi-culture environments with experience working with teams overseas
