Plan, direct and coordinate recruiting and headhunter efforts for all Noble Casing, Inc. companies.
Primary Responsibilities (Not listed in relation to their priority)
Recruits qualified candidates for various positions including management
Manages applicants through Applicant Tracking Systems and keeps database up to date.
Network through industry contacts, association memberships, trade groups, schools, social media and employees
Develop and execute recruiting plans
Assists in setting interviews and interviewing prospective applicants, answers questions about the job and the organization and evaluates qualifications
Check References of potential employees
Coordinates and schedules pre-employment screening including drug test and background check
Adding new employees to DISA database
Assist with New Employee Orientation
Educate new employees on benefits, handbook and Noble’s core values including the importance of Safety.
Make offers of employment to potential employees
Initiates and assists with electronic onboarding process for new employees
Assists, coordinates, and schedules orientation for new employees
Post open positions on internal company website
Investigate new avenues to source candidates and makes recommendations to management
Requirements:
Experience recruiting in a fast-paced, high volume recruitment environment
Education Requirements
High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
Special Requirements
18 years or older
Valid Driver’s License
Travel Requirements
Travel to Noble Casing, Inc, Noble Drilling, LLC, Noble Trucking and Noble, Inc. locations & employee work sites as needed.
