The Director of Business Development holds the key responsibility of evaluating, identifying, and cultivating relationships with our customers at the Headquarter or Program level for assigned territory. Additionally, the director will enhance our company’s brand and foster customer loyalty. Their core responsibilities encompass pinpointing, establishing, and nurturing sales opportunities, including managing accounts and nurturing end-user relationships with agencies within a specific vertical unit. The Director of Business Development is also responsible for crafting and executing a comprehensive vertical plan and geographic strategy, with direct input from the VP, Expeditionary. The Director of Business Development engages with customers regularly, both through in-person visits and various communication channels. To excel in this role, the Director of Business Development must possess exceptional multitasking skills and employ effective time management techniques to consistently meet or exceed deadlines.

Required to meet with customers in various environments, with a personal at home office for administrative duties. Office spaces will be available if required at our 3 sales operation centers (Boston, Harrisonburg, or Stevensville)
