JOB DESCRIPTION DETAILS
As a Diversity Sourcing Specialist Sr., you’ll be responsible for crafting and executing a diverse sourcing strategy, with an emphasis on passively sourcing diverse candidates. You’ll also leverage internal resources to develop social media sourcing campaigns, recruitment marketing initiatives, results-orientated ideas to cultivate diverse pipeline and coordinate virtual and onsite hiring events. The Sourcing Specialist will have a primary focus to connect high potential candidates/future interest candidates and Clients by creating a pipeline against the aligned function area of support. The Specialist will report to the Director of Talent Acquisition and will be a highly collaborative partner with the DEI Manager and overall AEP business unit leaders. The Sourcing Specialist will be instrumental in the success of AEP’s growing and evolving organizational needs including current and future DEI initiatives.
