As our Human Resources Associate, you will be the “boots on the ground” for staff, drawing upon established guidelines and guidance from senior level staff to respond to and provide guidance on a variety of HR questions and situations. You will become a part of a team that is motivated by process improvement, data analytics, reporting, technology optimization, and creating streamlined and improved processes for our agency.
To succeed in this position, you should be highly organized, able to manage your time and priorities effectively and have demonstrated ability to communicate HR policy and best practices with diverse group of stakeholders. You should be able to establish and maintain effective working relationships while working independently and within a team.
To be considered for this position, you must have a bachelor’s degree preferably in a related field, OR a combination of education and experience which demonstrates equivalent knowledge, skills, and abilities in the field of HR. PHR or SHRM-CP certification is a plus.
