Position Title: Human Resources Director
The Human Resources Director under the direction of the President/CEO provides personnel assistance in identifying, evaluating, and resolving human relations and work performance problems within agency. Facilitates communication and improves employee human relations skills and work performance. The Human Resource Director is responsible to develop and maintain the annual employees’ staff development and training plan in coordination with NCS’ Manager of Training. Provides leadership to the Personnel Officer to assure that all city, state, federal, and all other funding source standards are being addressed though accurate record keeping. The Human Resource Director stays abreast of regulatory standards to assure that Employee, Staff and Consultant files are in compliance.
