This position can be hired as an Analyst I, II or III level depending upon experience and education. The following job description is for HR Business Support Analyst I:
Summary :
The HR Business Support Analyst I is responsible for assisting with day-to-day operations of HR Business Support including maintenance of HR personnel data, process flow, system process improvement, standardization, testing, end user adoption, reporting, education and training on IS systems used within Human Resources (HR). Supports and trains other HR staff by providing input and guidance. Serves as a subject matter expert to HR operations and end users, including managers and employees. Provides project assistance and support to HR Business Support Analyst II and II as well as Leader, working independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams within IS and HR. Employees in this role are considered entry level in the HR Business Support Analyst career ladder.

No previous experience required.

Education
Required Bachelor’s Degree
Human Resources Management or Information Technology preferred.
Working Conditions
