We have a dynamic opportunity for a client focused and consultative Executive Recruiter to support this growing business.
As a Senior Recruiter you will:
– Manage the strategy and execution of the full life cycle recruiting process
– Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates and in a cost-effective manner.
– Guide hiring managers by establishing and clearly communicating recommendations based on knowledge of the markets, candidates, and talent strategies.
– Educate hiring managers on the Talent Acquisition hiring process, policies, and procedures
– Develop strong relationships with hiring managers, HR Partners, and candidates
– Utilize innovative recruitment strategies and develop pipelines for complex and strategic positions
– Construct and negotiate complex offers
– Use data to drive talent acquisition strategy and influence hire and offer recommendations
– Proactively maintain/manage market intelligence
– Keep abreast of recruiting best practices and introduce them to Northern as appropriate
• At least 10 years of experience recruiting candidates at the senior to executive level
• Experience recruiting for position in Wealth Management/Financial Services is strongly preferred
• Experience with sourcing techniques including identifying passive talent, building talent pipelines, referral generation and diversity recruiting
• Strong consulting and client management skills; ability to collaborate and build effective relationships with managers, Human Resources partners and external third parties
• Understanding and delivery of compensation policies and practices
• Solid time management and organization skills with a strong sense of urgency and high level of accountability
• Experience using applicant tracking systems (Workday a strong plus)
• Excellent oral and written communication skills are required
