In this role, the candidate understands the Division objectives, ensures all activities are aligned with these objectives, interpreting and developing organizational strategies, policies and practices as needed to meet the division’s financial, non-financial and growth goals. The selected candidate will:
The candidate will assist the Division Director of Operations in multiple activities, and requires an understanding of the restricted customer community, program management skills, proven strategic planning and business execution capabilities, as well as the ability to work collaboratively across the enterprise.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and track Division Capital inventory.

Salary Range: $158,500.00 – $237,700.00
Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay . Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
