In this exciting and dynamic role, you will:
Manage and supervise all material supply chain operations to include logistics, demand forecasting, inventory analysis and transportation
Coordinate commercial procurement requirements with the Northrop Grumman Global Supply Chain Manager and oversee DoD / DLA material purchasing within your own team
Gather, analyze and construct internal data reports for scheduled CDRL deliveries to the Northrop Grumman program team and the customer
Lead a team of (4) Supply Technicians through the tasks mentioned above, while coordinating internal and customer meetings each week
Coordinate with all site managers to provide necessary material within the maintenance and flight operations schedules
Perform all required administrative duties such as yearly performance reviews, posting job requisitions / conducting interviews, providing internal and external reports, and supporting daily status briefings with the program team
Report directly to the Inventory Control Point (ICP) Manager for parts status, open projects and risks each day

Basic Qualifications
A minimum of 9 yrs of working directly in supply chain and/or logistics roles and a High School diploma. A Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 5 years experience working directly in supply chain and/or logistics roles, may also be considered.
Strong interpersonal, problem solving, and organization skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to communicate effectively and articulately
Possess a strong knowledge in aircraft maintenance supply chain processes and workflow
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Department of Homeland Security Background Investigation
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with SAP or similar ERP / MRP systems
A current / active security clearance (Secret or higher)
A current DHS background investigation
Prior experience managing supply chain operations / logistics teams
Comfortable with public speaking with senior leadership / customers
P-3 maintenance / flight operations experience
