This position will support an organization with primary locations in McLean, Virginia; Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; Warner Robins, Georgia; Lake Charles, Louisiana, Clearfield, Utah, and Ft. Worth, Texas. This position is a remote position with the preferred location close to one of our locations listed above for easier travel into the office when required for associated meetings and Team engagements. You will become part of a dynamic business development organization Northrop Grummanxe2x80x99s Defense Systems Sector. In the Business Development Operations organization, you would be responsible for leading our digital transformation xe2x80x93 integrating digital tools and products to help facilitate new business growth. This transformation will be part of our how we execute our customer engagement plans and new business pipeline management. In this role your primary focus will be on customer engagement planning for our senior leaders, which includes appropriate messaging and background preparation on our products and solutions. You will interact with senior leaders in our division and broadly across the sector. Industry tradeshows are a big part of our customer engagement and in this role, you will be responsible for the annual tradeshow planning and managing that budget. You will also conduct pipeline analysis that supports the maturing of business opportunities through our Business Acquisition Process. Your analyses may be responsive to requests from the team, as well as analyses you initiate and provide to the team with observation and recommendation. You will manage projects and assignments, so must be able to work independently, initiate tasks and identify appropriate resources. You should be equally comfortable working with peers, and senior leaders and be prepared to work across all functional organizations. In addition, there is much collaboration required across Divisions and Sectors within Northrop Grumman. Effective daily engagement with team members in different locations/multiple time zones will be required, therefore strong organizational and communication skills are required. Salary Range: $77,700 USD – $142,400 USD
Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
