Novita Nutrition, LLC is an agricultural manufacturer with an operation in Aurora, SD and corporate office in Brookings, SD.
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Human Resources Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will lead activities related to the hiring, training, and development of all staff and will work closely with the staff to ensure that new policies are established, updated and carried out consistently. The ideal candidate for this position will have a background in organizational development as well as experience performing employee evaluations.
HR Manager Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business or related field is required, preference given to advance degree.
- Three plus years’ experience of demonstrated knowledge of human resources practices related to recruitment, organizational development and employee communication.

Experience:
- HRIS: 3 years (Preferred)
- Human resources: 3 years (Required)
License/Certification:
- HR Certification (SHRM and/or HRCI) (Preferred)
