Florida based firm looking to staff up its Travel Nurse Recruting business, seeking multiple resource to work remote in recruting and staffing Travel Nurses.
Recruting or sales experience helpful or RN experience.
Are you:
1-Sales oriented, make 70-100 call a day to prospective nurses
2-Software savvy, use Applicant Tracking Systems, job websites, boolean searches, post jobs, screen resumes etc..
3-Financially savvy, will work with numbers and contracts
$40-$45K base (this is primary a commission based position) with great benefits and a gross margin commission plan. Technology and training will be provided.
Realistic total compensation targets, Year 1-$100K, Year 2-$150K
*These roles are likely not 40 hour a week positions, if you want to be successful and hit targets.

Pay: $40,000.00 – $45,000.00 per year
