Eastern or Central Time Zone required:
The position interacts with employees of all levels of the organization and has exposure to sensitive information necessitating considerable use of tact, diplomacy, discretion and judgment.
Primary Responsibilities: – Provide guidance to all levels of employees regarding human resource policies and procedures –
Provide projects and key initiatives support, including: collect and consolidate sensitive and confidential information to prepare reports, interact with many different levels within the company to ensure actions are completed timely.
Manage outbound calls while documenting information received and handling case tasks which may include sending letters to colleagues who have disengaged from the interactive process.
Use of a case management system for all steps in the process is required, so prior use of case management software is a plus.
