Summary:
The Manager Talent Acquisition will develop and lead a high-performing client-focused Talent Acquisition team. The Manager will be responsible for the design and implementation of a full life cycle recruitment strategy and will provide leadership to their assigned recruitment team in addition to supporting the direct recruitment efforts of their own assigned clients.
Essential Responsibilities:
1. Maintains compliance with talent acquisition processes and procedures. Identifies current talent acquisition trends and updates procedures and processes as needed.
2. Builds and maintains KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) and Service Level agreements (SLAs) for the talent acquisition function. Coaches provide feedback and remove barriers to enable the team to meet or exceed KPIs and SLAs.
3. Provides reporting and advice to senior leaders on the talent acquisition function as needed or requested.
4. Develops a team of recruiting professionals to achieve recruitment objectives while meeting quality expectations.
5. Develops and fosters an understanding of the Healthcare system operations within the assigned client group in order to anticipate future business needs and effectively market both Nuvance Health and the assigned affiliate/client group.
6. Builds and maintains strong collaborative working relationships with key stakeholders including but not limited to HR Business Partners, HR COEs (Centers of Excellence), and Business Leaders.
7. Drives team results by leveraging strategic recruitment methods and philosophies to attract and identify diverse candidates from a wide range of sources including but not limited to online recruiting platforms, ATS (Applicant Tracking System), third-party vendors, professional boards, associations, and community outreach.
8. Creates and maintains a standard feedback process to ensure a structured approach to hiring decisions. Provides appropriate and timely follow-up to candidates and hiring managers.
9. Identifies and standardizes sourcing tools and technologies to effectively seek out passive qualified candidates.
10. Maintains accurate and thorough documentation within the company’s ATS.
11. Develops sourcing strategies to ensure a robust talent pipeline based on market conditions and the needs of the business.
12. Collaborates with Nuvance Health Marketing team to create, maintain and execute an effective recruitment brand strategy and associated marketing materials.
13. Identifies, schedules, and participates in Talent Acquisition events including but not limited to remote and virtual recruitment, job fairs, and college recruitment events.
14. Benchmarks, creates and maintains a robust full life cycle candidate experience.
15. Develops and maintains regular communication and collaboration methods to connect TA Partners across the designated discipline (nursing, clinical, ancillary, and support) to share best practices, develop responsive programs, and solve common challenges.
16. Maintains and models Nuvance Health values.
17. Fulfills all compliance responsibilities related to the position.
18. Performs other duties as required.
Education and Experience Requirements:
Bachelor s Degree or equivalent experience
Minimum 7 years experience in full life cycle talent acquisition. Healthcare system talent acquisition experience helpful.
Management experience required, with 3 or more years of TA management highly preferred.
Demonstrated leadership and change management experience.
Demonstrated experience and knowledge of ATS and the identification and sourcing of qualified candidates using multiple platforms.
