Recruiter
Human Resources Department
IN THIS ROLE:
You will research, develop, and implement effective recruiting and staffing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified and capable talent for the organization. You will also collaborate with hiring managers to ensure postings are created to source appropriate candidates for all positions. Attendance at job fairs and other recruitment events may be required.
WHAT WE NEED:
We are looking for a collaborative, proactive, and creative professional with strong interpersonal, communication, and active listening skills to develop/facilitate/implement all phases of the recruitment process, collaborate with department managers in identifying and drafting job postings and hiring criteria, manage the job posting/advertising process, and identify/create/implement efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies. You will be responsible for sourcing candidates using a variety of search methods to build a robust candidate pipeline, and attend/participate in job fairs and recruiting sessions. You will also ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws/regulations and company polies and stay abreast of recruiting trends and best practices.

Hourly range of $27.86 to $32.32 with the potential to earn up to $34.79 annually based on annual step increases / Non-Exempt position /12-month work year
