Job Summary: **
*Working as a Director of Catering Sales for the Company will allow you the opportunity to work with GREAT people like yourself! Reporting to the VP, Operations, this role advances Occasions’ catering sales and brand by leading a passionate sales team, establishing sustainable innovative outreach sales strategies resulting in valuable long-term partnerships that resonates with our clients and partners.*
The successful candidate is an ambassador and advocate with ability to collaborate across various departments that are important in building efficient business solutions throughout the lifecycle of an event, from inquiry to post event.
Key Responsibilities: **
_*

• Leadership + Growth Strategy: Collaborates regularly with Senior Leaders on action plans to grow revenue and profitability across all brands, improve sales processes and the impact across departments.
• Business Development: Seek and establish new business opportunities. Form and develop relationships with various partners & stakeholders. Identify new revenue streams. Responsible for RFP support to R/A Sales Team and presentations as needed.
• People + Talent: Demonstrated leadership that Attracts, Engages, Retains & Develops the sales team. Cultivate relationships to coach each with their careers.
• Support: Streamline processing and manage sustainable support teams. Manage adoption, new technologies and third-party sales solutions and tools
• Reporting + Data: Collaborate with Finance and Sales Team for regular sales reporting & forecasting with driving a data driven approach to growth.
• Marketing + Sales Sync: Build omni channel-marketing campaigns, stakeholder promotions and development of marketing materials, sell sheets, presentations, and other client touchpoints.

Preferred Qualifications: **
_*

• A college degree or equivalent business experience as well as 10-15+ demonstrated outstanding years of proven experience in on-premise catering sales, off-premise catering sales or similar role.
• Experience managing others – Strong Communicator and demonstrated by ability to interact successfully with a variety of people.
• Excellent digital literacy, be self-motivated, have excellent planning skills and be able to make timely and competent decisions.
• Extensive digital literacy; proficiency in Office 365 and Adobe
• Proven experience in budgeting, P&L, labor and sales forecasting and reporting
• Full solid understanding of BOH operations that include the ability to establish credibility with senior culinary professionals
