As a member of the Talent Acquisition (TA) team, this position will play a key role in the execution of strategies and plans to further build TA capabilities in the organization, while supporting ongoing talent acquisition efforts. This will be achieved through the development of local and national recruiting plans, employing traditional sourcing strategies and resources as well as developing new, creative recruiting ideas. This role will play an important role in supporting the sourcing and selecting of the best possible talent for Compass Group.
Responsibilities:
Manages day to day queries ensuring all are dealt with in an effective and timely manner while escalating when necessary.
Manages candidate interview days, overseeing vendor and/or contractor activities and acts as the liaison between the third party resource and the TA team.
Administration of the back office with particular attention to record retention in accordance with OFCCP requirements and company policies.
Responsible for ATS monitoring and data integrity including audits to ensure compliance.
Compiles assessment panel interview questions, candidate situations, and other required materials. Manages candidate interview logistics and travel.
Reviews recruiter’s paid external job postings.
Maintains the Sr. Director of TA travel and meeting schedule, expense reporting, time tracker, and other duties.
Manages data and architecture of RN team SharePoint site.
Manages new recruiter pre-boarding and onboarding.
Supervises TA Intern day-to-day activities.
Oversees and approves PCard transaction reconciliations promptly and escalate out-of-policy issues where needed.
Collaborates and communicates effectively on Interdepartmental issues and projects as assigned.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree required. Major in HR, Business, or Communications preferred.
Three to five years prior professional work experience (in HR or a functional department preferred).
Positive can-do attitude with excellent communication skills (oral & written).
Ability to interact/work with recruiters, candidates and hiring managers across all levels.
Outstanding customer service skills and demonstrated an ability to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
High attention to detail and accuracy, as well as proper prioritization and organizational skills.
Basic understanding of Recruiting and HR concepts, policies and procedures an added plus.
Proficiency in MS Office suite.
Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and other technology beneficial.

Pay: $46,000.00 – $65,000.00 per year
