Responsibilities:
-Reviews Personnel Requisitions and discusses job requirements with hiring manager.
-Identifies sources of applicants and follows standard methods to access qualified applicants. Prepares advertisements and other communications to solicit qualified applicants.
-Screens resumes, and applications to assess applicant qualifications and reviews them with hiring manager. Contacts qualified applicants and conducts screening interviews. Arranges interviews with hiring manager and staff.
-Administers and scores employment tests and records results and other relevant information.
-Performs reference checks and initiates background investigations, and license verification as necessary.
-Advises hiring manager of applicant?s eligibility. Consults with the hiring manager on selection and salary issues.
-Provides information and applies standard policy to determine appropriate salary offer. Refers exception to the Director of Recruiting. Makes verbal job offers and prepares standard offer letters prepares appropriate paperwork for signature.
-Investigates and resolves employment related complaints/charges. Ensures conformance with all federal and state laws governing recruiting practices.
