The Content Sales Manager is responsible for licensing-out Olympusat’s content to third party media companies (licensees) and thus increasing monetization. This role reports to the SVP of Content Sales and is responsible for managing and developing both existing client business and building new relationships to grow revenues across multiple accounts and market sectors in the United States and Canada (network, broadcast, OTT and any emerging platforms). The Content Sales Manager is a proactive, target driven individual who will actively seek out new sales opportunities and expand existing client relationships. A successful executive will generate and maintain active engagements with clients and prospects, as well as consistently meeting and exceeding sales goals. This candidate will develop and execute on account and territory business plans. A key activity will be identifying and translating client content needs into compelling license solutions that will generate revenue for Olympusat. This person will be managing the entire sales cycle using coordination and communication skills to involve internal specialists and management where appropriate with the end goal being to negotiate and execute strategies to bring deals to successful closure. This position will work closely with legal in terms of contract drafting, renewals and expansion. An important focus will be to grow licensing deals across territories and accounts while increasing overall revenue. This role is located in the United States.

Qualifications
· Bachelor’s Degree required.
· Must be able to speak, read, and write in English.
· 7+ years of experience selling content in the USA and Canadian market.
· 5+ years of experience in media licensing and partnerships; strong background in network relations, content licensing and contract negotiation.
· Experience working with legal on drafting basic general terms and understanding long-form agreements.
· Self-motivated individual who takes the initiative while being strategic and creative.
· Thought leader able to manage many projects and initiatives simultaneously.
· Highly collaborative and motivating team player with a strong work ethic.
· Strong communication, negotiation, organizational and reporting skills.
· Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to form collaborative relationships and work successfully with all levels of business and technical teams across the company and external partners.
· Has strong media and network relationships.
· The position requires strong analytical, project management and problem-solving skills when dealing and negotiating with current and new partners.
· Ability to travel.
· Advanced knowledge of all MS office tools and/or GSuite equivalents.

Pay: $80,000.00 – $100,000.00 per year
