The Human Resources Administrative Assistant is responsible for maintaining a high level of confidentiality with all company and personnel related information. Duties shall include but are not limited to the following:
Maintain confidentiality of all company and personnel related information
Identify and resolve problems in a timely manner
Gather and analyze information skillfully
Perform general office duties (filing, copying, scanning, shredding, faxing)
Maintain equipment and supplies
Prepare and distribute correspondence
Complete forms (verifications of employment, etc.)
Ability to multi-task various projects at a time and complete in an accurate and timely manner
Provide assistance to HR Manager and HR Director as needed
Provide assistance in all areas of Human Resources per HR Management
Audit files, documents, document retention, etc.
Answer phone; coordinate- schedule appointments, interviews and messages
Prepare, maintain, update, and submit reports and logs
Coordinate various office functions including but not limited to meetings, parties, benefit enrollment, shipping and receiving (Reserve rooms, order food, prepare documents, etc.)
Must report to work on a regular and timely basis.
Perform other incidental duties as may be assigned
