POSITION SUMMARY
The Compensation/Benefits Analyst administers and executes compensation strategies, processes, and approaches for the different business lines within OmniTRAX to support the business needs and goals. Implements compensation best practices and leads the Company’s compensation, rewards and recognition strategy organization-wide to attract and retain talent. Conducts job analyses, job evaluations, grade ranges, market reviews, and participation in benchmarking surveys.
The Compensation/Benefits Analyst demonstrates and adheres to the company values of safety, honesty, ownership, respect and teamwork to ensure successful partnership with customers and employees that result in OmniTRAX’s continued success.
