We are currently seeking a Regional Operations Manager to become an integral part of our team. You will coordinate and oversee the organization’s daily operations in multiple cities and states.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Building customer relationships and maintaining client satisfaction
- Manage and improve operational practices
- Allocate resources and materials to meet project deadlines
- Conduct customer visits to ensure expectations are being met
- Track and forecast operational trends and analysis
- Conduct quality and safety inspections to ensure company standards are being met
- Achieve revenue goals and maintain budgets
- Manage the growth and retention of all accounts for assigned region
Qualifications :
- Minimum of 5 years previous experience with managing multiple accounts in a leadership role
- Strong project management and communication skills
- Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
- Previous experience supervising and developing others
- Must be willing to travel regularly
- Must have a clear Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) for the past 3 years
