What You Will Be Doing
Function as the strategic business partner for the leadership team and business operations in the United States.
Drive initiatives related to the future of work, organizational capabilities, learning and talent development strategy, and overall business improvement.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
Leverage internal and external data to create organizational insights and support decision-making.
Support annual people agenda initiatives (Performance Management, Employee Engagement, Executive Development Review, etc.).
Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues.
Conduct effective, thorough, and objective investigations.
Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to senior leaders (coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions).
Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risk and ensuring regulatory compliance.
Lead, coach, and develop a team of HR professionals.
Perform all other duties as assigned.
What We Need From You
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
Minimum 10 plus years’ experience ideally in a global, fast-paced, matrixed organization.
Ability to work effectively with a diverse workforce and at varying levels in the organization.
Knowledge and experience in employment law, compensation, organizational design and planning, organizational development, employee relations and employee engagement.
Outstanding interpersonal relationship building and communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
Demonstrated leadership experience managing US HR operations in a multi-site organization.
Team leadership experience and demonstrated ability to influence and drive outcomes.
Executive level presence; comfort and experience developing and implementing HR initiatives in a fast paced, hyper-growth organization.
Analyze data and create a narrative to drive organizational transformation.
Ability to “roll up your sleeves” and handle multiple priorities effectively.
Occasional travel could be required.
