Vice President of Sales & Marketing

Location: Washington County, OR
Compensation: $160k/yr + Monetary Incentives
Hours: Mon-Fri, Day Shift

What You’ ll Do:

The VP of Sales and Marketing will lead the efforts to achieve the mission to become a leading supplier to our key markets. In this role you will partner with the leadership team to drive growth with existing customers through consistent high levels of customer service and a deep understanding of their business and where we can add value. You will also drive efforts to discover new customers, markets and applications for our products and once vetted, develop go-to-market plans and processes to facilitate business growth. You must have strong leadership qualities with a focus on the coaching, training, and recruiting of team members.

• Lead Sales and Marketing Teams
• Conduct and facilitate sales and market analysis as well as competitive research
• Market Testing
• Launch planning through to the end of launch
• Personal professional development

• Ability to assess market potential and key market momentum micro and micro-economic factors
• Ability to elicit market, competitive and applications information from customers
• MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and CRM
• Professional oral and written communications required
• Naturally curious and analytical
• Remain objective in all analyses regardless of internal pressure from peers, sales, or executive management
• Professional demeanor, attitude, communication, vocabulary, and appearance
• Treat customers, reps, distributors and all employees with courtesy and respect
• Highly organized with highly developed time management
• Willingness and thirst for additional knowledge and skills
• Absolute honesty and open communication
