Position Highlights The Douglas County Circuit Courtis hiring a Court Operations Specialist. In this rolexe2x80xa6 Much of your day will be to process circuit court cases as assigned along with performing extensive data entry, adding new cases, new pleadings, and updating case and party information. Review then accept or reject electronic or manual filings. Scanning documents into the case manager system. Disburse funds as appropriate. You will also assist the public as needed by in-person, phone, or electronically. Respond to questions from the public, litigants, attorneys, courts staff, judicial officers, and judicial partners related to any document entries, case processingxe2x80x99s, scheduling, and court/case statuses.
