What you will do:
Provide support to the HR team by tracking emergency contacts information, team member listings, turnover reports, and other reports for Warehouse team members
Order, distribute, and process billing information for uniform shirts for DC team members and supervisors
Generate and prepare monthly evaluations for all Warehouse team members on their scheduled date and distribute to supervisors to assure all evaluations are completed in a timely manner
Schedule interviews, prescreen applicants, track drug screens, and make reference checks for future team members for the Warehouse HR Business Partner
Partner with Warehouse HR Business Partner to process new hire paperwork, create team member badges and orientation materials
Provide support to team members as needed including getting benefit information, uniform information, or any other personal assistance as needed
Attend and write meeting minutes for the Morale Team meetings and distribute to committee members, supervisors, and Warehouse FYI newsletter
Copy and distribute phone lists for supervisors, corporate and store information listings, employee evacuation lists, and various other documents
Coordinate team member activities and team member goodwill projects for the Warehouse
Partner with Warehouse HR Business Partner to process workman’s compensation paperwork and team member follow – up
Assure proper phone coverage at all times for the human resources office, and provide telephone coverage for Warehouse HR Business Partner and Warehouse Manager
What you will need:
Proficient in ten – key, data entry, and mid – range computer systems
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks accurately and with minimal supervision
Proficient in PC basic programs for word processing and spreadsheets
Must be able to work closely and well with others in a team environment
