PRIMARY DUTIES INCLUDE:
*Official Title: Staff Analyst II
Travel: Travel throughout the County may be required depending on assignment. Employees will be required to make provision for transportation (mileage reimbursement is available). At the time of hire, a valid California Class C driver license and proof of automobile liability insurance must be produced and maintained for the individual providing the transportation.
Education: A Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university in public or business administration, behavioral or social science, or other relevant field of study.
AND
Experience: Two (2) years of professional-level experience in quality management and process improvement, which includes conducting data analysis, performance outcomes measurement, research studies, program evaluation, report development, special project coordination, and/or presenting synthesized findings.
LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION DESIRED:
Lean, Six Sigma, Project Management, or related certification is preferred.
