If so, Ornua is actively seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to join our Ornua Ingredients North America (OINA) team and in conjunction with the VP of HR for OINA, design and implement a people plan for leaders and teams within the business. The Senior HRBP will partner with people leaders in central functions, providing insight and counsel on all aspects of HR strategy.

Why This Role Is Valuable:
The Senior HRBP will play a key role in helping the business and people within it to transition from two separate businesses to one fully integrated, six site business. This role will identify, develop, and implement, sound HR strategies, processes and polices in support of achieving business objectives and aligning good practice across all sites, and provide expert advice to Senior management on employment related queries, including performance, grievance and disciplinary matters. The Senior HRBP requires a strong People leader who will lead and coach direct reports, while also giving them autonomy for their own HR remit.
What You Bring To The Role:
At least 10 years’ experience in a HR/people environment. A relevant HR qualification or degree. Strong stakeholder and relationship management skills with a track record of providing strategic HR partnership to business leaders. Excellent people leadership skills and associated track-record, with a clear commitment to developing talent.
