Essential Function of the Position:

• Work with project teams to determine business and technical requirements.
• Develop, write, and maintain quoting and ordering rules of moderate to high complexity in an Infor CPQ system (EQ -enterprise quoting and Configurator). Develop procedures, work instructions, and guidelines to meet business requirements.
• Maintain the Infor CPQ EQ and Config user interface and rulesets. Complete necessary modifications to support business requirements.
• Develop and manage system and process enhancements that will improve the effectiveness and efficiency of all business areas.
• Lead development and execution of system enhancements as related to quality and implementation of new product offerings.
• Provide support to a variety of Windows based applications and APIs (application program interfaces).
• Support and enhance company websites and maintain security certificates.
• Provide application support to SaaS solutions, such as Salesforce, Infor CPQ, and DocuWare.

Education and Experience:

• Four-year college or two-year technical degree in related IT field is desired.
• Comparable work experience will also be considered.
• Two or more years of progressive experience working with highly configured products or product configurators in a business production environment.
• A solid understanding of and exposure to ERP, Salesforce, and Application Development experience would be preferred.
• Ability to work with minimal direction and high level of motivation.
• Knowledge of ERP systems, including Friedman Frontier, is preferred.
• Experience in Database design and administration – SQL Server and IBM DB2 is preferred.
• Experience in Salesforce Administration is preferred.
• Desire to keep informed on relevant technology and seek to expand knowledge base and skill sets.
