JOB PURPOSE:
This position provides leadership, direction, and administration for all aspects of patient Care Management and serves as a leader in coordinating the delivery of health care services. The Director of Quality Management providers leadership through effective managerial and educational direction in the areas of:

This position acts as the lead of the Quality Committee. He / She presents a summary report for approval tothe Quality Committee Members and the Board of Directors at least bi-monthly, either in person or via teleconference, to include but not limited to up-to-date data of:

POSITION TYPE/EXPECTED HOURS OF WORK:
This position may be either part or full time. The schedule is mostly dayshifts. However, may regularly require long hours and occasional weekend work.
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is not normally exposed to weather conditions. The noise level in the work environment is usually low to moderate.
