Pacific Power Group is looking for a Director of Defense and Government for our Marine division in Kent, WA.
In this role you will be responsible for building strong business relationships with key stakeholders in the Defense Segment. Ensure the organization’s growth through various avenues like analyzing market trends, identifying opportunities, formulating strategies, conducting performance reviews, and fostering a collaborative and product work environment. Coordinating with project managers to monitor progress, mitigate risks, and ensure effective communication.
