PWT is seeking an Accounting Technician to work in our Burlington facility while reporting to our Headquarters in Burlington, WA. The ideal candidate should have strong attention to detail with high degree of accuracy, effective time management, and a desire to learn new skills and further professional growth .

• Match, batch, code and enter AP invoices timely and accurately
• Investigate issues associated with invoice processing by coordinating with purchasing staff and/or vendors to determine resolution
• Analyze vendor statements, researching and resolving any discrepancies in a timely manner
• Set up and review vendor files to ensure all necessary documentation has been collected
• Review employee credit card program to ensure all cardholders have submitted receipts, coded, and approved charges
• Process out of pocket expense reimbursements 
• Provide backup/coverage within the Accounting team
• Perform other duties as necessary

• Associates degree in accounting or related business field or 2+ years of equivalent experience
