We are a rapidly growing chain of outpatient medical offices that specialize in the diagnosis and management of Peripheral Arterial Disease (PAD), with facilities throughout Texas — in Houston, Sugar Land, Pasadena, Beaumont, Victoria, Corpus Christi, Rio Grande Valley, Laredo, and Austin. What you’ll do

• Incoming and outgoing calls, scheduling, arranging transportation, discussing the medical procedure and consultations we do over the phone, empathize and be patient with patients over the phone

• Pay range: $20-$26/hr

• We pay more for our “Patient Care Coordinator” positions than any other practices in the area do. Why? Because we want only THE BEST to join our team.

• Outpatient procedural facilities in Houston, Sugar Land, Pasadena, Beaumont, Victoria, Corpus Christi, Rio Grande Valley, Laredo, and Austin. Some travel between facilities will be required. Most of the work is in the office, with minimal remote work for strong performers.

What we need from you

• Must be fluent in Spanish (as well as English)

• Relevant customer service/front office/call center experience required

• Bachelor’s > Associate’s > Current college — plus’es but not required

• Intelligent, mature, meticulous, responsible, organized, motivated, tech-savvy

• Must be excellent with patients and their families. An A+ customer service-oriented attitude is a must.

• No smartphone usage at work policy

• Mandatory drug screen and background checks

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 – $26.00 per hour
