Responsibilities:
We are seeking a detail-oriented, team player who thrives in a fast paced and dynamic environment. As a Government Contracts Specialist at Page, you will collaborate across senior management, operations, market and practice leaders in pursuit of new projects.
Additional duties will include:
Manage Federal government registrations: i.e.,SAM registrations;
Track, manage and report on data point requirements;
Implement processes for consistent and accurate data management;
Support contract maintenance and Federal FAR reporting requirements;
Run, maintain and manage Federal Small Business programs and reporting.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree preferred;
A minimum of 5 years’ experience within the A/E/C industries or similar client service environment;
Experience in pursuing and applying for Federal contracts;
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite;
Knowledge of Deltek Vision, CRM, Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Acrobat), Bluebeam, and OpenAsset software skills are a plus;
Skilled in organizational, interpersonal and time management;
Preference to work in a collaborative and team-oriented environment.
