PAINTech Hiring for Payroll/HR Coordinator at Conshohocken, PA Full Time

We are attentive, personal, and relational, building into and supporting not only our clients, but also our local community and neighborhoods.We are looking for Full-Time Epoxy and Resinous Flooring Installers with Construction Experience located in Maryland and Washington, DC.

What We Need:

We are looking for a ROCK STAR Payroll/HR Coordinator to join our growing team.

Responsibilities:

• Process weekly payroll for hourly and salary personnel
• Coordinate the weekly time keeping import to payroll software and validating the integrity of the data
• Interact with the payroll processing company when necessary
• Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees including benefits enrollment
• Coordinating the annual medical benefit enrollment process and act as a liaison to the benefits broker company
• Responsible for the weekly submissions to the 401K company
• Coordinate all prevailing wage submissions on several portals for the respective jobs
• Record in our ERP/Payroll system each prevailing wage job and their specific rates
• Keep detailed records for the OCIP and CCIP jobs
• Keep detailed records of the employees used for the annual ACA filing
• Compiling the annual data provided to the third party for ACA /1095 filing
• Other duties as assigned

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Advanced computer skills on MS Office, accounting software (Foundation for Construction)
• Proven knowledge of Payroll and HR practices, standards, laws, and regulations in a
• Construction Industry environment
• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task
• Must be motivated, eager to learn and contribute to a team
• Maintain high level of confidentiality and discretion
• College degree preferred, but not required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $55,000.00 per year

• Microsoft Office: 2 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Driver’s License (Preferred)
