What You’ll Do:
Coordinate all aspects of the new hire onboarding process inclusive of: I-9 Verification, tracking drug test results, and running background checks
Establish and maintain professional working relationships with employees, applicants, visitors and vendors while providing legendary customer service by assisting with questions and problems courteously and promptly
Effectively record, maintain and report human resource information
Maintain a working knowledge of the Company’s benefit plans and assist in the Open Enrollment process
Gather and organize information for unemployment claims
Provide general administrative support, including but not limited to, preparing correspondence, forms and reports and processing confidential reports and documents
Manage sensitive and confidential information such as employee relations concerns, personal employee information and organizational changes

You are a great fit if you have
2+ years of Human Resource Assistant experience preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook) required
Ability to identify the root cause for issues and using effective problem-solving methods to arrive at the best resolution
Ability to exercise individual judgment while dealing with all situations
Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, including strong listening skills
Ability to handle multiple projects at one time
Ability to prioritize tasks in a changing environment
Salary range is between $36,000.00 – $45,760.00 with benefits!
