Paragone Solutions, Inc. is seeking an enthusiastic individual to provide Recruiting and HR support.
NOTE: Candidates will not be considered that wish to maintain full-time employment while working Paragone’s part-time role. This is an ideal position for a recruiting professional looking to restart their career on a part-time basis or end their careers on a part-time basis.
PARAGONE WILL NOT CONSIDER OUTSIDE RECRUITING FIRMS TO SUPPORT THIS ROLE.
The part-time recruiter will support a broad array of recruiting initiatives, as well as provide backup to HR.
This is a part-time position. This will be a telework position with very flexible hours. Some local travel in the DC Metro area will be required (very limited though).
Key responsibilities include:
- Write job descriptions
- Conduct proactive candidate searches using LinkedIn, Zip Recruiter, ClearanceJobs, Indeed, etc.
- Maintain company resume database pipeline
- Post open job requisitions to applicant tracking system and external job sites
- Reformat resumes
- Conduct resume screening for open positions
- Perform 1st level phone screens for open positions
- Coordinate 2nd/3rd level interviews
- Attend recruiting events
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven recruiting experience
- Prior experience working in a Government contracting and consulting environment
- Outstanding writing and communication skills
- Highly proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Outlook and Word
- Willingness to expand skillset and support a broad array of company functions
