Counselors I and II are responsible for supervising and leading camp/program participants in recreational, social, and enrichment activities such as arts and crafts, sports, nature, music, dance, games, fieldtrips, health and wellness activities. Camp provides opportunities for recreational, and social enrichment to keep kids involved and guide them in their personal growth when school is out. Applicants must be able to adjust to any situation, displaying enthusiasm and patience.
Dates: June 3 – August 9, (no camp the week of July 4th). Counselors must commit to working all weeks between June 10th – August 2nd.
Hours: Monday – Friday, 7:00 am – 3:00 pm, possibly until 6:00 pm, 35 hours per week.
(Counselors should be prepared and willing to be outside the majority of the camp day. Counselors will be expected to work from 7am until 3pm. If after care is offered, a 12pm – 6pm shift may be available)
